Your privacy, in plain terms

The answers you share here can be deeply personal, and we treat them that way. In short:

• Your answers are used only to create and deliver your report, nothing else.
• We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.
• Your answers are not used to train AI models, by us or by Anthropic.
• We do not run ads or use cross-site tracking cookies.
• You can ask us to permanently delete your data at any time.
• Your payment details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card.

Who we are

Sol Soul is operated by Jaclyn Zimmer, registered in Minnesota, USA. You can reach us at jaclyn@mysolsoul.com with any questions about this policy.

What we collect

When you take the Sol Soul assessment, we collect:

• Your email address, so we can send you your report and let you recover access to it.
• Your first name, used to personalize your report and the way it addresses you.
• Your assessment answers, both your forced-choice responses and your open-ended reflections. These are the core input used to write your personalized report.
• Payment information, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use your data

Your name and assessment answers are used to:

• Generate your personalized Soul Blueprint report using Claude, Anthropic’s AI model.
• Deliver your report to your own results page and to your inbox by email.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train AI models. We do not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly opt in, and we do not share it with third parties except as described below.

Where your data is stored

Your answers and your finished report are stored securely in a database hosted by Vercel, on infrastructure located in the United States, so that your report remains available at your permanent link. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Third parties we work with

Anthropic — Your assessment answers are sent to Claude (Anthropic’s AI model) to generate your report. Anthropic’s API does not use this data to train its models, and inputs and outputs are automatically deleted from their systems within 30 days (longer only if a request is flagged under their usage policy). Anthropic’s own privacy policy governs this processing.

Stripe — Handles payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.

Resend — Used to deliver your report to your inbox by email.

Vercel — Hosts the assessment application and the database where your answers and report are stored.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data (your report and email will be removed from our systems).
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Object to processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email jaclyn@mysolsoul.com. We’ll respond within seven days.

Cookies

Sol Soul does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout to process your payment securely.

Data retention

We retain your email and report data for as long as you want access to your report. If you request deletion, we’ll remove your data within 14 days.

Security

Your data is transmitted and stored securely. Payment data never touches our servers; it is handled entirely by Stripe. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
